Lurking just outside the top 10 is Lady GaGa’s Papparazzi, which has stayed steady at the No.11 spot for the second week. This week’s big mover's are Battlefield by Jordin Sparks which move's up fifteen spots and land at No.18 after ten weeks in the chart. Not to far behind Jordin Sparks at No.34 is Little Boots with New In Town, which is up thirteen places, now here we have some of the movers & shakers on the chart this week, first off, we have our, Hot Shot Debut, which comes from La Roux with In For The Kill, which is her debut single release in Australia lifted from their debut album
La Roux. La Roux, are a British electropop synth duo band made up of singer and synth player Elly Jackson, and co-writer and co-producer Ben Langmaid, with Jackson describing their respective roles as "very much a half and half sharing situation... not like a singer producer outfit", but also recognising that it often can "look like a solo act".[1] Their music is influenced by 1980s synth pop including Human League, Heaven 17, Blancmange and Yazoo and so far has gained them lots of airplay from FOX and 2DAY with NOVA (Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane) has made In For The Kill,
is this week's highest new entry at a No.50 and next we have this week's
Airplay Gainer comes from Kelly Clarkson with I Do Not Hook Up, "I Do Not Hook Up" is a song by American singer Kelly Clarkson. It serves as the second single from her fourth album All I Ever Wanted. The song, in addition to another track on the album ("Long Shot"), was recorded by Katy Perry for her unreleased album Katy Perry, And both songs, in their Katy Perry versions, were leaked to the internet months prior their release on All I Ever Wanted."I Do Not Hook Up" was sent to Australian radio stations on March 30, 2009 and was released to American radio stations on April 14, 2009. The song was written by Greg Wells, Katy Perry, Kara DioGuardi and produced by Howard Benson. I Do Not Hook Up is the biggest mover of the week, rebounding back up the chart thirty-one positions to No.17 as 2DAY, B105, 92.9, FOX FM and Nova (Melbourne, Brisbane & Sydney) turned up the dial and finally we have our #1 Most Added from Daughtry with No Surprise, was last week's Premier Pick Hit Prediction & is lifted from the band's second album Leave This Town, Daughtry certainly hasn't gone unnoticed – with the performance of the first track to be lifted from their album Leave This Town, which casually sits at #61 on the Hot 100, MDs impatiently jumped on No Surprise, a week before its official service. ATB additions poured in from the NOVA Network and FOX FM, Days came from 2DAY while jumping on board with Nights were the Triple M and Hit Music Networks (Days and Benchwarmers), so that wrap's up another edition of the AMR chart news.
